Effective August 13, 2026
This site belongs to Howard Digital LLC, which is me, Matt Howard. This page explains what the site collects, where that information goes, and the choices you have. I have tried to write it the way I would want to read it: specific and short.
The short version
I collect what you type into the contact form so I can reply to you. I use Google's tools to measure whether my advertising works. I do not sell your information, I do not run ad networks on this site, and I do not collect anything I do not use.
What I collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. Alongside the submission I record your IP address and browser identifier, which I use to fight spam and abuse.
- Measurement. Google Tag Manager loads Google's measurement tags, which use cookies and similar identifiers to tell me things like which ad brought you here and whether visitors fill out the form. This only runs where you have allowed it; see the choices section.
- Hosting logs. The site runs on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs and runs a bot check (Turnstile) on the contact form.
Where it goes
I use a small number of service providers to run this site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the Turnstile bot check, and stores form submissions in a database I control.
- Web3Forms relays your form submission to my inbox as an email.
- Proton hosts the mailbox where your message lands.
- Google provides Tag Manager and Ads measurement. If you submit the form where measurement is allowed, Google's tag also matches the conversion using your email and phone number. Google hashes those values in your browser before they leave the page; I never send them to Google in readable form.
That is the whole list. Nobody else gets your information, and nobody buys it.
Your choices
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, measurement is off until you allow it through the banner, and declining costs you nothing. Everywhere else it runs by default, and you can turn it off for this device here:

How long I keep things
Form submissions stay in my database while they are relevant to replying to you or working together. Ask me to delete yours and I will.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will handle it; there is no form or process to fight through. If you are in a region with formal privacy rights such as the GDPR or the CCPA, those requests are your legal right, and for what it is worth I honor them for everyone regardless of where they live. For California readers: I do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
Children
This site offers contract marketing services and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If I change how this site handles your information, this page changes with it, along with the date at the top.
